Diversity Statement:

The Gladish Center diversity statement reads as follows:

“Friends of Gladish (FoG) wants all its Employees, Managers, and Directors to be engaged, to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are. FoG strives to build and nurture a culture with a deep sense of pride, passion, and belonging where diversity is present and inclusiveness is a reflex, not an initiative. Such a culture transcends any role, language, or country and unifies us in shared commitment to excellence and social responsibility. As such, FoG policies and procedures are designed to prevent discrimination against anyone affiliated with it regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, marital status, or any other attribute that makes one unique.”
