Tier 4 - Base price; outside for-profit businesses and individuals

Tier 3 - 25% discount; for-profit leaseholders

Tier 2 - 50% discount; outside non-profit organizations, youth programs, and university groups

Tier 1 - 75% discount; non-profit leaseholders
